The FreightForce web app is the secure customer, driver and dispatch portal used to place and manage freight orders, follow delivery status, and retain signed proof-of-delivery records.
Customers can sign in with Google or email to request service, review their orders, check current status and open customer-safe POD records.
Drivers use their account to see assigned runs and capture pickup or delivery details, signatures and photos against the correct order.
Authorized staff use the same system to dispatch work, prepare invoices and preserve the shipment history needed for customer service and audits.

No. Our trucks have power tailgates, so we can load and unload at ground level - no dock required at either end. Our power pallet jacks place skids where you need them instead of leaving freight at the curb. Just let dispatch know the access at each stop.

Drivers and authorized Freight Force staff use separate account views for assigned work, dispatch, billing and shipment records.
